I'm sorry, Plantronics does not offer a replacement ear tip for the 330 headset. I will include the link to a webpage for Bluetooth headsets below.

The volume of ear piece of nokia 5233 is very low, is there any solution to this problem, i can barely listen to the callers voice.. mind you my ears are perfectly alright !!!!

First of all clean the pores of the earpiece just in case there is block on the passage of sound fromt he earpiece speaker.
If this wont improve then the speaker must be changed after confirmation with a new one.

If there is a battery in the earpiece; is it safe? There is some controversy about the safety of holding a cell phone to one's ear for extended periods; that's why I wanted an ear piece.

Yes it is perfectly safe. The easiest way to identify whether a bluetooth set is malfunctioning or unsafe is - HEAT. Normally batteries which are about to die or devices malfunctioning will heat up quickly when you charge it.

So unless you dont feel abnormal heat.. they are perfectly safe. Try to remove the BT earpiece when not needed. Your ear canal needs natural air flow. Blocking it with a prolonged use of a BT device could heat up the ear canal. That's where the problem starts! :-)

Samsung cell phone speaker o ear hole don't work

Hello,

the problem with the phone is that the earpiece of the phone i bad, that is why both the speaker and the ear hole is not working.

All you need to do is to change the earpiece of your phone and you will see that you can now hear what people say on the phone.

Change the earpiece as said, with the earpiece changed, you will be able to hear when making calls.

Take care

The black rubber earpiece fell off my Plantronics Bluetooth while I was away from home. The device works perfectly, I just need to purchase a package of earpieces. Can anyone tell me where to buy these?

Plantronics has never sold replacement ear buds for the Explorer 330 Bluetooth headset. However you can call Plantronics directly at 800-544-4660 ext 5538 to see what options they may have available for you.

Wire loose

If you can carefully take the foam earpad off you might find screws holding the speaker plate to the cup.

New cell phone won't "see" bluetooth earpiece

The headset will automatically pair with the last device that it was paired with. You may want to remove that just in case. I am sending the users guide along with this. Also always start with the blue tooth turned off, the pass key is 0000 (four zeros).

Have 3 jabra bt 135 earpieces and the earhook is broken snappede on all 3 where can i get replacements

Same thing happened to me. For about $5, I went to Home Depot and bought 24 gauge wire (about 5") and a pack of black heat-shrink plastic sleaves (1/8th inch or 3/16) from the electrical department. The 24g wire fits perfectly through the rubber slot after you pull out the broken ear hook. Use a pair of pliars to bend the wire to shape your ear (use the broken jabra ear hook as a template). Once you have the right shape and have filed down the sharp edges, slip the heat-shrink plastic sleave over the wire, making sure you leave the end piece that goes into the slot of the headset as bare metal. Use a hair-drier on high-heat to shrink the black plastic. Mine has worked perfectly for over a year and actualy fits better than the original.

Changing earpiece

•First take your  device and hold it vertical.
•Looking at the earpiece that ressembles somewhat Alladin lamp, it's tip is positioned either at past 20 (for right ear) or before 20 (for left ear).
•Depending if it's one side or the other, you should turn the earpiece clockwise to 30 or counterclockwise to 30. So the "tip of the lamp", which is the ear channel of the earpiece in fact, is indeed at 30 past the hour.
•Then pull it out with a round motion downward, assuming the upper part is the blue light.
You can then change the side of the ear wire and or the earpiece for a different size supplied by RIM when you bought the device. I don't know how/where to get new earpieces. They don't seem to sell them separately...which is rather frustrating considering the price they sell this device!
