You should be able to download drivers and other software or firmware for your motherboard if you go to http://support.asus.com and click Downloads.
On the upper left of your window, enter "P4SDR-VM" as the search term, and select "Drivers" in the drop down menu below it. Click the search button, and you should find results for your motherboard.
