Try changing completely or at least first cleaning the glassy surface of the toner cartridge first. You can do it with a cotton swab by sweeping the black toner from the surface while manually turning the gear on the side of the cartridge.

How do i clean the rollers on my printer?

Paper Tray Rollers Step 1 Turn off and unplug your HP printer. Pull out your printer's paper tray and locate the printer rollers on the paper tray. Each roller is gray or black, and they are made of rubber. Remove the rollers from the tray.
On HP inkjet printers, the printer roller is not on the paper tray; it is on the area inside of the printer where the paper tray slides into the unit. Remove the paper tray and sit your HP inkjet printer upright, so the paper tray area is facing upward, and then look for the printer roller.
Step 2
Pour 1 tbsp. of isopropyl alcohol or clean water onto a lint-free cloth and scrub the paper or internal tray rollers with the cloth. Fold the cloth in half and repeat the cleaning process until the rollers are free of dust and debris.

Step 3
Wipe the rollers with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove any remaining dust or debris. Let the rollers dry completely before sliding the paper tray back into your printer.
Internal Pickup Roller - Laser Printers Only Step 1 Turn off and unplug your HP printer. Open your printer's front door and pull the printer's toner cartridge toward you to remove it from the printer.
Step 2
Locate your printer's internal pickup roller. The roller is gray or black, and it is made of rubber. Lift the roller upward, towards the front of your printer. Pull the roller gently out of the printer and lay it on a clean surface, such as a desk or workbench.
Step 3
Pour 1 tbsp. of isopropyl alcohol or clean water onto a lint-free cloth and scrub the pickup roller with the cloth. Fold the cloth in half and repeat the cleaning process until the roller is free of dust and debris.
Step 4
Wipe the roller with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove any remaining dust or debris. Let the roller dry completely before snapping the pickup roller back into place inside of your HP printer. Reinstall the toner cartridge and close your printer's door.

Hp 4015 printing line down leftside of paper

Most Lines down the page will be caused by the following:
1: The Drum of the all-in-one toner cartridge has a scratch on it.
Solution: Replace the cartridge.
2: The transfer roller is dirty. If you do not have a toner towel, use an unused coffee filter and lightly rub the transfer roller clean. DO NOT USE ANY LIQUID OF ANY KIND ON THE TRANSFER ROLLER!!!
If the line remains, consider replacing the transfer roller.
3: The Laser window has dirt on it and is blocking the laser from striking the drum at that spot. Clean the laser window with a clean unused coffee filter.

I am getting lines down my paper like streaks when I print

Dirty print out is basically due to cartridge related issues. Take out the cartridge and clean its drum/ (green roller) with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. The drum is usually located under a cover. Checkout for any spilled toner inside the printer and clean it also. Print a few pages so that the parts get further cleaned. I think, this would solve the issue.

Moreover, streaks (thicker lines) and dots etc indicate faulty PCR Roller which is located behind the green drum inside the cartridge. Cartridge or get the PCR Roller changed by a professional.

Let me know if any further clarification is required.
GoodLuck!
Dont forget to appreciate the solution if I could have been of any help!

Getting horizontal red streaks across printed page

The drum roller is damaged. You must be careful and spin the cylinder. do not touch the roller. You probably have a line in the roller that causes this issue. Each time i have seen this problem, this was the cause.

Dell 5100cn printer printing yellow lines across the page.

This can be any of rthe following depending on the position iof the lines on the page. You need to establishe the position of the lines relative to the top of each page and this determines which of the following component will cause the problem

Dirty or damaged developer roller.
Dirty or damaged charging roller.
Dirty or damaged cleaning roller.
Dirty or damaged developer DSD wheels. These wheels are located on the outer ends of the color toner cartridge and appear as a black bushing.
Dirty or damaged transfer roller.
Dirty or damaged transfer drum.

All of them need inspecting and cleaning

Streaking during printing

Well laser printers don't have print heads they print with a combination of a laser and toner. So I wouldn't buy a car from that person. And rollers are only problems when the paper does not feed, hence the term rollers..
If you are getting white lines across the paper then the toner is not being distributed properly. You can take the toner cartridge out and shake it a few times to spread it out.
If you are getting dark stains, then the print drum is not being cleaned properly by a blade on the inside of the printer. After a page prints a blade goes across the print drum to clean off the excess toner. You would have to get that repaired somewhere that repairs printers.
Hope this helps. Please rate this solutiion.

Hp 2420 vrtical line in page

Hello,

This issue can be due to fuser. I am sure you have changed the toner cartridge.
To confirm its a fuser issue, please perform the following:
1. Try printing a configuration page from tray 1, pull the top cover, as soon as the media is 60-70% inside the printer.
This would stop the paper before reaching the fusing assy.
2. Remove the paper and check if the line exist.
If exists, fuser is not faulty.
If it does not, then transfer roller, laser/scanner assy is faulty

- If fuser is faulty, perform the cleaning page as following
1. go to configure device > print quality > create/process cleaning page
perform cleaning page 5-6 times, however, if the line is due to fuser, then fuser needs to be changed.

Let me know the next update.

- Nikhil
