I have the iHome webcam IH-W355NB but I didn't realize that when I ordered the camera that the software that came with it only works on Windows Vista or Windows XP. My computer is Windows 7. Is there any free software that I can download that is compatible with my computer and my webcam? If so, could I please receive step by step directions on what to do

1st You download Webcam Driver. free download of an ihome clip on webcam #IH-3208S software and drivers After this install the Webcam driver in the system. Installation of Webcam Driver Go to the control panel Click on the System Icon Click on the Hardware Tab Click on the Device Manager s Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it. Right click on it and uninstall it. After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes. Driver installation Wizard start. Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next. Driver will be install.

You will have to get the software for W7 for the web camera, assuming it is available. Find the website of the web camera manufacturers andsee if they have an updated driver. It'll be under 'Support' on the website.
