There is a fuse on the Power Supply Board replace that. Hope this helps

Once you get the Screen off where is the Fuse located , also I’ve found the Capacitors but no fuse. Where or who carries the fuse ?

1: power led on it dead.???? OR NOT.....
2: OSD screen dead?, push menu under 15 seconds turn monitor on , OSD menus dead?
OSD must not be dead.
3: PC only dead, monitor works on good PC.
4: let THE monitor set for 1 Hour or overnight with no power cord AC attached to see if it .
THEN IF IT wakes up.? ( CALLED POWER surge latch up, reset) CHIPS DO THAT , THE SELF PROTECT AND GO OFFLINE)
LAST IS FUSE NOT FIRST.
IF SURGE BLEW UP YOUR GEAR BUY A UPS.
WORSE IS LIGHTENING HITS, AND UNLIMITED DAMAGE.
also plug in monitor AC cord while holding power button AT same time can reset some models of monitor.
PC dead is whole other ball of wax, ask
IF THE MONITOR WAKES UP, USE OSD AND CLICK MONITOR RESET. (THIS IS FACTORY RESET)
then make sure input port is set correctly VGA?
