If all you hear is just a beep when you send the print command, the print signal is working, there is simply no video present on the printer side.
Check the video cable or replace it if needed. Also, check video output settings of the ultrasound system. Sometimes, the S-VHS or Y/C is selected and won't generate a CVBS signal (composite video signal) and that is what you need for the printer. Please select composite video instead of S-VHS in that case.

This sounds mostly to be the remote jack is broken or the pins on the jack need to be resoldered.

Preprinted 4 part paper crunching up when being printed in epson lq680 printer

Mustafa:

The printer is not meant to use multi-copy carbon invoices. The cause of your problem is the double-feed prevention pad below the paper pickup roller. When the first form is fed, the double feed prevention pad will stop multiple paper feeds. With multi-page carbons, the paper feed roller is trying to feed the form, and is pulling the top page of the form into the feed rollers while the double-feed prevention pad is stopping the bottom form from feeding and the top and bottom pages are sliding because of the carbon paper between the sheets. The only solution that I know of is to buy a printer with a tractor feed and pre-printed fan-fold forms with tractor feed strips on the sides of the forms.

Oki microline 320 form feed

Am afraid the Power Surge (when the power came back on) has damaged the unit and there is no "Reset" to these printers. You would need to replace the control board but as its a power surge there is a reasonable chance that the power supply will have been damaged/weakened and this will lead to a shortened life span of the printer. I would throw it away and replace with new. sorry, ( I am not a salesman either)

Oki 321 turbo in PPR emulation mode, does a form

Generally the form feed character is sent by your software. Try setting the page length in the printer setup to be the length of one label.

No puedo configurar el top form de la impresora

1. Make sure the printer is turned on and the desired tractor is selected (the corresponding tractor arrow should be lit).
2. Open the upper cover.
3. Press the Top of Form button to enter top-of-form mode. The printer beeps once, and the Top of Form light turns on.
4. Use the Micro Feed buttons to feed the paper to the desired top-of-form position. The “A” on the ribbon protector shows you where the bottom edge of your first line of text will print. This position is based on the first printable line of text. If your software inserts a top margin of five lines, your text will actually print five lines below the top-of-form position.
5. Press the Top of Form button again to exit and save your new top-of-form position. Then close the top cover.
