I have a FERGUSON FDT500 which has given exellent service for several years.recently the GUIDE section states there is no information for ITV1, ITV2, CH4, or CH5.As my VCR depends on an input from ITV1 via Guide-Plus,so this no longer works.Please can you help.HAMPSHIRE is still Analogue Thanks.

You may lose some channels when you retune the TV as the channels have been rearranged. To locate them look at the EPG although you may still find that some channels are no longer available on FREEVIEW. See the following link for additional information

Solution - Replaced cheap and very basic B&Q signal splitter with a better splitter/amplifier. Signal then perfect for both TVs (signal split to TV in Lounge + TV in Kitchen)

Go in menu,Picture setting go down to reset,to back to factory seting.Go to retune or CH. again will get everythings back.
