Will not load music nor video not even emusic

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses. It keeps saying file error

Check the format of the music you are playing and if you have music that requires the license it will load the music but not play. It will show up as a file error.

Music videos wont play

Most music videos have a copyright protection system on them which will not allow them to be played on your mp3 player, even though they will play fine on your computer. You would have to get a media converter that can bypass or strip the copy protection that will also convert these files to AVI first (by the way, this type of software is illegal). YouTube-type videos are best. You may need a legal FLV to AVI converter (like Riva FLV Encoder) to convert the videos first.

Music folder says no files

Check your local memory on your mp3 player. That's where the files actually loaded.
