Your tv doesn't supports the resolution the laptop is sending it . To fix that select in the display settings a lower resolution before clicking Apply - use 1280×1024. After that (once the tv is working) you could try to use higher ones.
The most likely problem is a cracked ribbon cable that goes between the camera and the display. The cable needs to be replaced. Typical cost for this is around $40 or so plus labor. I would not suggest that you attempt this repair yourself as opening up these units is not easy without experience. Also, there are cables that can be damaged if opened incorrectly.
BBlock is BOOT Block. The printer is not booting up the settings completely. Probably got corrupted. You will need to download the bootblock version for this printer & upload it via either USB or LPT1 port. You should contact Zebra so they can direct you to the proper Zebra site for the download & instructions. The process of the upload is no more that 15-20 minutes.

you can get the V23 DM repair kit which has the replacement capacitors and step by step instructions on doing the repair. The kit will usually repair the blinking light problem on your model.
