Onn TV troubleshooting-cycling video Rd-Gn-Bl-Wh-Bk

Based on the information you provided, it sounds like your Onn TV is stuck in a boot loop, where it continuously cycles through a sequence of colors without progressing to the actual boot-up process. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Power cycle the TV: Unplug the TV from the power source and wait for a minute before plugging it back in. Then try turning on the TV and see if it progresses past the cycling colors.
  2. Reset the TV: Check the manual to see if there is a reset button on the TV or a combination of button presses that can reset the TV to factory settings. Try resetting the TV and see if it resolves the issue.
  3. Check the power supply: Use a multimeter to test the voltage output of the power supply board to make sure it is within the specified range. If the voltage is outside of the specified range, then the power supply board may need to be replaced.
  4. Check the LED backlight: Use a digital oscilloscope to check the voltage output of the LED backlight driver board. If the voltage is unstable or missing, then the LED backlight driver board may need to be replaced.
  5. Check the T-Con board: Use a digital oscilloscope to check the signal output of the T-Con board. If the signal is unstable or missing, then the T-Con board may need to be replaced.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, then it may be necessary to contact Onn customer support for further assistance.

The manual switch does not engage, found a wire spring in the box?

1) Copy following links:

http://waterheatertimer.org/images/WH-lever-001-400.jpg
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-troubleshoot-Intermatic-timer.html

2) Examining the WH40 in my office, there is a clip washer that holds override lever in place against timer body.
This might be considered V-shaped spring.
Buy at local hardware store

3) Add comment and say what you discover, and attach photo

The transmission will not engage,

it is possible that there are no parts missing - reach in and push the "rod end over the rear axle doesn't move the lever" lever forward - the brake is sticking in the "on"position - wiggle the lever back and forth, if it moves more than 1/4 inch, use a half inch wrench to tighten the nut holding the lever until the lever has only about 1/4 inch movement

T6410 EMACHINE TRYING TO CONNECT START BUTTON

The motherboard in your computer is an MSI MS-7145, which is also called RS480M. You can download a copy of the manual here. The front panel connections are on page 2-20.

Looking at the header JFP1, pins 1 through 9 (odd numbers) are the front row, pins 2 through 10 are the back. Pin 10 is the missing pin. The power switch connects to pins 6 and 8. The power LED connects to pins 2 and 4. The HDD LED connects to pins 1 and 3. The reset button, if used, connects to pins 5 and 7.

Lexmark Printer X125,type 4412-001, S/N 044L132066

Your printer actually does not run windows (just for your information). Anyway, I suggest you try installing the driver which is located here. If the problem persists, try printing an alignment page. The printer may also have an option for cleaning print heads which you can also try.

If non of the above solutions solve your problem, you may have a defective black cartridge.

Hitachi 50 inch Rear Projection Color problem

Which sounds like a loose connection in the video or chroma section. you can carefully tap around affected area with a rubber screwdriver handle(not metal part) and see if it does come and go and look in that area for loose connections that needs soldering back. Hope this helps
