I keep getting fault f18 for last 2 weeks - Washing Machines

in excel ?
=sum(f6:f18)*0.012+sum(f6:f18)
if each row has to be individually * 0.012 add a column and put in this column each row cell * 0.012. example new column G then g6=f6+f6*0.012
a screen print of what you are trying to do would give a clearer indication of exactly what you want to achieve ?

Find out what the error code F18 represents. Owner's manual troubleshooting section is a good place to look or search for it on the internet.

Wow ,OK check it to out,first of all dyson is built for auto magic rotation when ready to vaccumm.if u disconnect it u stop your roller brush for good.u might as well walk around then to vaccumm with a little hand held.sry.

I would check that the drain pipe is also clear.
You can actually get a build up of old soap powder in the pipework.
This pipe would be on the rear of the machine (grey in colour) and would connect to your waste pipe (perhaps under a sink)
If you can pull the machine forward and check to see if this pipe is indeed blocked, or even restricted.

I had the F18 fault.Nothing much worked except drain pump.
Simple solution for me was:
1)disconnect power 2)take off top of machine(2screws at rear) 3)locate the connector which fits on the rear of the main led display panel.4) Pull it off, squirt switch cleaner and replace with plenty of wiggling! 5) Put it back together and start washing !

F18 error code means that the filter is blocked.

Look around for a propeller shaped part, it should be able to spin freely. If not, remove the debris so that it is unblocked.

I also had this problem - the machine was full of water and it flashed up F18. I had to drain the water out of the machine using the small pipe located next to the drain filter. There was loads of water to drain out. I used my oven roasting tray which was perfect for the job. Then I undid the screwcap filter. There was a lot of really black water that came out, along with about two pounds worth of coins and some hairgrips. Now my machine works perfectly !
