My LG 500G 15 inch CRT monitor is flicking, I remove all the magnetic thing about 2 feet but it also flicking at 1024X768 (60htz). Please give the hardware repairing techneque to stop flicking from myself.

Please ensure if the flickering is not coming from the PC. In some cases a fault in the display drivers section of the main board will cause flickering.
If you meant the flicking to be related to lower frequency of the vertical or an interference from the mains line then try and see if there are errors in the SMPS of the monitor. If there is leak of the mains storage/tank capacitor , it is possible to see some flickering.
Select from the menu the vertical frequency and see if there is any change on alteration.
