Hello folks I'm mr. Nelson from Holland and I've a Vacuum foodsaver from Tilia the VAC 420 what do IU've to do so that it works again problems it doesn't pull all the air out of the plastic bag thanks in advance

I also searched the web...could not come up with the manual
I did a search for a manual at this Tilia's website but was not available for your model V835..

But you could go to the website and look at one that looks close and see its manual.
It might give you the idea that you need to solve your problem

Does the vacuum seem to run forever and it doesn't seal?
Clean the black foam seals

Replace them if needed. they can be purchased from Tilia

Either the sealing strips are dirty letting air escape or the lips of the bag are turned upwards. Push the front of the bag down towards the bottm chanel and it should work fine. I have had one for eight years now and love it.Ken Vancouver BC
