Hasbro Furreal Friends Dog. It barks but won't walk. Have put in new batteries but it doesn't help. What else can I do?

How do I reset the Tonka fire truck # 82 by Hasbro 2011? My daughter received this toy 2 months ago. I replaced the batteries and nothing happened but when I placed them in a remote, they worked fine.

Try ebay. But as this is a common problem contact the manufacturer. You may have to pay a small fee but will be worth it.

Furreal walk in' puppie won't walk

Sounds like either the batteries were not placed correctly or something got wet. Confirm the old batteries did not corrode leaving gunk on the ends of the connections. If they are clean, confirm you are putting them in the right positions. That's usually the issue. If not, you need to call Hasbro's Customer Service through this page

Hasbro doesn't even have FurReal ponies on their site anymore and emails don't get answered. I would call Hasbro directly from the following link and ask about the battery compartment.

I forgot my login and password for my trivial pursuit digitial device.

More than likely there's a system reset button somewhere on the device. If not, I suggest calling Hasbro directly as they would more than likely be able to walk you through a reset or password retrieval process.

Furreal chimp isnt only works when we shake it. something loose?

When any battery-operated toy seizes to work 3 checks solve 90% of the problems:
1) are the battery still firmly in place.
If not: secure them and try the toy again.
2) have the battery been replaced recently.
If not; replace and try the toy again.
3) Does the toy rattle (more than usual) when you shake it.
yes, it's really broken.

Some stores replace the toy if it's still fairly new, or a short letter/email to Hasbro stating how much your children enjoy the Furreal Friends Cuddle Chimp and how sad they are now that their new friend is "going away" could make a difference.

JUST GOT A MIO PUP FROM A SHOP ONLY£7.00.BUT CAME WITH NOTHING.

WELL, IT MUST HAVE A GLITCH AND IT DOES NOT NESSESARILLY PLAY TUNES BUT IT IS SUPOSSED TO WALK. SO I THINK THE BEST SOLUTION IS GO AND GET A REFUND AND PICK OUT A NEW ONE.

Battery compartments are located on the bottom of the feet. Access panel removal requires the loosening of ONE screw on each foot. Each foot accepts two double-A batteries. Do NOT remove the back of the toy.

Mine doesn't. It is a 2007 Bumblebee and it is on the inside step of the toy. It takes 3 AAA.
