ITunes does not support this player. To put music on the player you must copy the files from the folders where the music files are on your computer to the device mounted on your computer.

Apple uses DRM copy protection on all items purchased through the iTunes Store in order to prevent you from playing the songs anywhere but on Apple device. Sansa is not an iTunes supported device, I would suggest to remove DRM from iTunes movie files to play itunes songs video on other device

How do I download music from my computer files to my ipod nano

For Apple iPods that are still running their original firmware (not jailbroken) the best and safest way to transfer music and other files onto the device is to use iTunes. You can download iTunes and any tutorials on adding music to your iPod through iTunes at Apple's website. Hope this helps!

UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD ITUNES TO MY unable to download itunes this is tghe messg I get: : C:\Documentsand Settings\DELL\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\XMB6JTLP\iTUNES SETUP[1].EXE IS NOT...

It is required to clear the temporary folder before downloading the Software. For this click 'Start' button then select 'Run' (you can open 'Run' by press and hold Windows button on the keyboard and then pressing alphabet key 'R'). Type '%temp%' inside the Run window, and you will get a folder opened. Delete all the files in the folder and close it. Now try to download the Software, it will work.
All the best.

Having upgraded Itunes to Verision 9 I get the following message when I try to sync my iphone. "iTunes was unable to load provider data from Sync Services" I am using Windows 7, any ideas how to fix?

The only way to correct this problem is to uninstall and reinstall Itunes from your system, you will also need to remove some other program, check this link for the steps.

How can i download music to my ipod touch without

Unfortunately Apple products are very proprietary, and Apple works very hard to keep people from using other software. I've seen several programs that you can purchase from places like Best Buy that replace the iTunes music software, but using that software will leave you unable to sync any applications or software updates. Good luck!

Download songs that i have on my computer

If you don't already have itunes on your computer you will need to go to www.apple.com and download the latest version. It is a free download with onscreen instructions that are fairly easy to follow. If you have difficulties with the download you may need to disable or shut off your anti-virus software for the download to complete properly. I found a helpful article about adding music to itunes on the apple support page for you as well.
ARTICLE NUMBER HT1473
Adding content on your computer to iTunes iTunes lets you add digital audio and video files on your computer directly to your iTunes library. You can add audio files that are in AAC, MP3, WAV, AIFF, Apple Lossless, or Audible.com (.aa) format. If you have unprotected WMA content, iTunes for Windows can convert these files to one of these formats. Video content in QuickTime or MPEG-4 format can also be added to iTunes. To learn how to add these files to iTunes follow the steps below.
  1. Open iTunes
  2. From the File menu, choose one of the following choices:
    • Mac
      • Add to Library
    • Windows
      • Add File to Library
      • Add Folder to Library
  3. Navigate to and select the file or folder that you want to add
If iTunes is set to "Copy files to the iTunes Music folder when adding to library", iTunes will copy all content that is added to the iTunes library to the iTunes Music folder. Then adjust this setting or change the location of this folder, go to the Advanced tab in iTunes preferences.
After you have all of your desired music into itunes; connect your ipod and sync it to itunes. If you're unfamiliar with syncing you can go to the same www.apple.com/support and go to
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1351
This article will teach you about the different ways to sync your ipod. Hope all this info was useful to you. CHEERS :)
