E10 is a timeout code. I found the answer on google by refining my search criteria. The tap was not turned on enough for the washer to fill up in time before the timeout was reached. After restarting the washer and turning the tap on further, the washer cycle completed without error.
Family code E10 visible to customers (E11,E12 and E13 only visible in service mode) means the problem with fill water during washing or drying phase.
Possible malfunctions: Tap closed or water pressure too low; Drain tube improperly positioned;
Water fill solenoid valve is defective; Leaks from water circuit on
pressure switch; Pressure switch defective; Wiring defective; Main board defective

Thank you for your inquiry, Barbara Constable!
I see that your Electrolux washer is displaying an "E10" error code. "E10" stands for fill time too long you may want to check the hoses to make sure they are not restricted or kinked this could cause slow fill within your washer. If the hoses look to be in good shape then I would suggest it could be a faulty sensor or control panel. You could additionally reset your washer by disconnecting power from it for ten minutes. If you restore power and it continues to flash "E10" I would recommend having a professional out to properly diagnosis your washer. Hopefully this information is helpful. -Matt
