Recently I have had issues with my internal wireless adapter. The HP Wireless Assistant will not open. I have downloaded the sp38266.exe and it will run again for a few minutes and then the wireless is disabled the wireless assistant will not run. Now I cannot get the wireless to enable at all. I am thinking my wireless adapter has failed. I am not sure how to resolve this issue.
Thank you
Your wireless zero configuration being manipulated by the add-on service of manufacturer software. first you can manually turn in the Wireless Zero Configuration by typing services.msc on run menu. After you run the services you will see Wireless Zero configuration please enable and start it with the given option.
Next you can open the Wireless Network Connection option, uncheck the add on protocols, such as AEGIS and WLAN protocol. after restart computer should work with wireless without problem.
Please post if you need further assistance.
Good Luck
Are you sure you have an internal wireless adapter because I checked your labtop's number and find no wireless adapter iunside.
