You must activate your packet data setting first in your phone. Contact your SIM card provider to give you activation link so you can use your GPRS/3G to make internet connection.
After activation success you can begin to surf to internet including use your Google Maps application.

I heard that the new iPhone 5 does not include the Google Maps application, but instead uses Apple's new version? Is this correct?

Yes it is. Apple decided to replace one of its most useful applications, Google Maps with its own version, Apple Maps. Compared to Google Maps, Apple maps display much less information like certain street names, street directions, and subway stops. Moreover, Apple Maps does not have the street view feature that Google Maps has. It should be noted that Apple Maps is a brand new application and will certainly change for the better in time.

Is this through the native email application or do you have a third party application? Also, have you tried sorting through your email on safari or a desktop/laptop browser?
I suggest removing your email data from the iphone and adding the email once more. That should work by having the iphone fetching the data and organizing it, trash and all. Good luck!

Im my iphone in map i cannot determint my location so please send me manual solution

Do you have wifi or 3g connection? If you are using GPS, it doesn't require a connection, it relies on the satellites. Try running an application that runs on GPS like N Drive for iPhone because the default maps application requires that you be connected through wifi or 3g.

I know you may be unwilling to do so, but I would check with your provider and make certain whether it is a matter of lack of capacity on your instrument or on the net which makes performance so poor for this data intensive application. It is obvious from the messages you are receiving that the constant updating needed for Google Maps leaves you without a data connection after the application starts.
