My sim is blocked and is asking for puk code,i dont have that. Can anyone tell me what is the puk code for reliance smart SIM ?? I need it very urgently... please......

PLEASE NOT THE SIM NUMBER,. YOU CAN FIND IT ON BACK SIDE OF THE SIM. AFTER PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER OF YOUR SIM PROVIDER FROM ANOTHER NUMBER.. JUST TELL THEM YOUR SIM NUMBER THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE CORRECT PUK CODE.... PLS DONT ENTER PUK WRNGLY MORE THAN 5TIMES IT WILL BLOCK YOUR SIM

Hi the PUK code is not a security code for the phone the PUK code is the security code for the sim card, to solve your problem all you need to do is contact your service provider and tell them you need your PUK code, they will ask you for the phone number of the sim card or the number printed on the sim card, they will then give you your PUK code they dont charge for doing this and they will give you the code over the phone and once entered this will give you access to your sim card again and get your phone working again.

the other option you have is if you dont need that sim card then you could just get a new sim card this then wont ask for the PUK code

doing either of the above will solve your problem, they wont charge for giving you the PUK code so that is your best option

Hi in sg the puk code can be found by asking your mobile operator ie: if you bought sim card from vodafone, just call them up and tell them you need the puk code for your sim.

Either

1. Check the orginal SIM card holder from which you broke off your actual SIM card. On the back some where there is your PUK code.

or

2. Call the toll-free AIRTEL help desk and tell them that you need to unblock your SIM. They will guide you through.

There is no other way.
