When I turn my Polaroid tv on I get the dish signal and see a picture a few seconds, then goes off. I still have sound.

I would check the cabling coming from your receiver to the TV. If the cabling is connected firmly try replacing it.

Hello, have you made sure you remote is working, tried the volume keys on the TV itself, unplugged the TV from the AC outlet wait for a few seconds then replugg to AC. If these things don't work you will need to replace the signal board or the audio output board on your Polaroid TV.

Hi, Mary with Dish Network Customer Service. When the picture alternately goes from normal to a black screen, it is an indication of an intermitten signal issue. You can attempt to reset the receiver box by unplugging it from the power for 10 seconds and letting it reboot. Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

Change or move yellow one, of the cables, or component. if not then something you need from expert..

It sounds like it is loseing signal, check your connections, and make sure you have the correct cable

I unhooked the new tv and hooked up the old one to see what channel it was on and then rehooked up the new tv and put it on the same channel as the old one.This worked but I also had to put the cable into the hook up on the back marked cable instead of the one marked HDTV.
