Take out the phone battery and after 15 minutes plug back in and see if fixed.
If no good try looking in settings and change to default settings and then set up your individual settings then.

hi, i have ZN200 , and was facing same problem. But not now. problem is in your simcard. I was using airtel and now change simcard and working properly.
You need MOTOROLA PHONE TOOLS V5 to access ZN200. If you have it then go to your mobile's MENU>SETTINGS>USB & select USB MODEM.I think it fix your problem.
1. for manual book go to motorola website and download. 2.for misleading to gprs when you press music shortcut, you better replace it through warranty ; as this may be the reason of loop hole in software or shortcut keys. and it is better to go for warranty than loosing money on servicing by non experienced professional. 3.sliding phones are always lag behind when compared to durability with bar type phones. i suggest you that you better go for warranty as this is also a major problem with some motorola sliding handsets.
