Please check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. Go to Start menu -> right-click on Computer -> Properties. Take note of the System Type.
Now, there's Z601 driver specific for Windows 7, however, the vista drivers work. Download the compatible driver for your operating system using the links below:

Sorry, but there are no 64bit drivers made for any web camera except Creative Instant. So solutions are: Downgade windows to 32-bit or buy a Creative Instant web camera.
