Hello
This error mostly comes with the failure of processor fan, overheating of processor shuts down the system due to processor's protection. You need to check the fans and replacement is recommended.

Dear sir, my motherboard is amd athlon 64 socket 939.when i on the system then system is running but processor fan is not rotating. Finally after 25-30 minutes it automatically turned of and displays cpu...

It sounds like the cpu's temperature is raising over the safety level set in the bios so it switches off and displays the error!
to solve this either:

Your cpu cooler fan needs replacing

or

Your current cooler fan isn't connected to the correct socket on your board (check you're user manual, usually a .pdf you can download from manufacturers site)

or

Just try connecting your current cooler fan to the cpu and see if it turns on at all. If not make sure you replace it with one that is compatible with your system that can fit in your case

If the temperature has raised to a significant level the thermal paste could probably use replacing also, so get some thermal paste remover and thermal paste, and read in your motherboard user manual how to replace the cpu heat sink safely.

Processor thermal treat error while booting

Make sure that cpu fans are running normally. Go to BIOS (generally with F2 on intel motherboards), and there will be information about cpu temperature, also fan speed (in RPM). If fan speed is 0 or very low problem is in cpu fan. (connection problem might be). If cpu fan speed is normal (high value) and cpu temperature is high, I will suggest you to open your PC case (or notebook) and see whether cpu fan is dirty or not. This is very common problem. If so, clean it.

System restart even playing game gta3

If your CPU or GPU aren't capable of running the game your computer might be overheating. Restarting itself is a safety measure built into the system. Trying checking your computer CPU temperature and make sure its not getting to hot. I use CoreTemp to check things like this. It will show all the info you need for your CPU. Google the CPU model for temperature specs from Intel or AMD depending on your computer. If it seems to be getting hot make sure your fans inside the computer are operating and also blow the dust inside the machine out regularly. Only other thing i can think of is you might be hitting a bad spot in your memory (RAM) but usually that results in a blue error screen then restarting.

System fan speed and cpu temperature read error can u help

just see what's wrong ..this happens when the temperature is set manually too low in the bios settings ..or if the fan is corrupted..My advice is to buy a different cooler and install ..or buy another one and install a second one for a better cooling ..This error may have nothing to do with the system and the functionality ..but just the room temperature or the place it is positioned (maybe near the heat source ) If it does this ..it may be from a CPU fault ..or the CPU being too small for the tasks you use..and in this case if you remove the cover it will help ..as well ..
Also go to bios settings and engage the optimal factory defaults..and save changes with f10 ..This will remove any CPU temp . settings it may have ..
check if it indicates to press a F key on start ..this is happening when a fan is failing to start and you have to press the key to start without it ..or to manually start it ..

System temperature too high

Do you still have your manual? If not download it from Gigabyte at this link:http://www.giga-byte.com/Products/Motherboard/Products_Spec.aspx?ProductID=2637
Enter your bios & open manual to page 51, "PC Health Status". Here you can monitor the CPU temp, system temp & CPU fan speed. Notice the manual shows the example of system temp to be 30degs C & current CPU Temperature is at 47degs C. One would think these temps are reasonable. My CPU fan runs between 3308Rpm & 3341Rpm. CPU @ 41deg C & MB @ 31deg C. AMD 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ 2.21 GHz.
Suggest you try this. If your running Win XP. Open system properties. Click the Advanced tab. Click the settings button under
Startup and Recovery. Remove the check mark to the left of, Automatically restart. Windows should provide an error message if & when the system freezes. This will help in finding what is causing the system to freeze. If your CPU fan is running under 3000Rpm you might consider buying a faster fan or add a case fan to the side of the case to help bring in fresh air to blow onto the CPU fan & PCI-Express card. Here is a decent lace to look for case fans: http://www.xoxide.com/casefans.html

Keep me up to date andr_zero.
Good luck!
Mike
