I cannot get my furnace interlock to work on my Fantech HRV. I assume the toggle should be in standby? When hook ground to NO and power to COM the fan will not come on in standby, if I toggle to a speed I blow a fuse on the furnace board.

If new RTS2 is not working, then either the wire to HRV/ERV system is suspect, unit is not getting power, or the HRV/ERV system is suspect. If you are using RTS2 for ordinary ceiling fan, then install regular on-off switch and see it that works. Check that you are getting power to switch and to fan. Check circuit breaker.
There should be a green wire if not the wire that states to hook to the e-brake hook to a hot 12v source and that should fix the problem. You may have to ground that wire instead depending on the model.
The SHR2005R will turn on the furnace Blower if the furnace is not running to circulate the fresh air. The reason the furnace will not trun on the HRV is, the purpose of the HRV is continuous Ventilation in your home. It should not be turned off when your furnace is not running. That why Fantech has not design the HRV's to run that way. I hope this helps.
Is this a 120v motor, or 220v? If you checked for power, I assume you kind of know your way around a meter. When checking for power, don't check to ground, check the line. You could have power going in, but unless its going back out, completing the circuit, or missing a leg, in 220v case, it still will not work. Also, most heaters have some sort of delay, so after you hook it back up, and the burner heats up wait a few minutes for the fan to come on.
