Hello,
White screen only / no picture is a sure sign of a failure in the power supply board. Your TV is getting power to the back lights but the control board voltages are not getting through so it is not displaying the picture right. This is an easy repair to do, you will just need to replace the filter capacitors on the power supply board. This Element model is actually made by Funai and is the same as the Polaroid FLX-01911c TV. SOURCE: Can't remove stand from Element flx 1910 TV.
On the bottom of the Element FLX-1910 there are 4 tabs located on the bottom side of the base. With the help of another person, please slide all 4 tabs in an inward direction. This will release the tension between the base and the stand. Slide the base over the tabs and remove the base from the stand.
