If it doesn't work, then the camera may have a bad power circuit and will need shop repair - it may not be worth fixing, so get an estimate first. If it doesn't work, then the camera may have a bad power circuit and will need shop repair - it may not be worth fixing, so get an estimate first.

You say the battery is charging? Have you tried another Cord/Charger with the EXACT same power specs? Has the AC jack been damaged due to pulling on the cord while plugged in? Any damage? Drop? Do you leave the Laptop plugged in while not in use?
sounds like you need a new phone but id take it to a where ya bought it and see if a different battery fix's problem. ive had a battery that would discharge all its juice at random and had that burn up a motorola. hope this helps
Nokia sometimes has a glitch where if the battery is too low it will not start properly again. Let it charge for some time when turned off - a couple hours, so it has enough battery power then remove the battery for 5-10 minutes, put the battery back in and try start it. What this does is re-sets the phone so it can start again. Also if there are problems during use that solution usually fixes it as well. What is happening is due to a low battery it tries to resume where it left off and cannot load itself properly to do so. Letting it go completely dead with no battery for a few minutes lets it drop it's old info and reload it's info to work again.
