I am having the same problem with Premier+. The dongle is activated, and the activation code shows up in the software registration linked to the HASP key, but when I open the software I get the error message H0031. I tried to activate the dongle again using the activation code in Premier Configure, and it seemed to work, but still I have the same issue in the program. I am using Windows 10 and hoping to hook it up to my Husqvarna Designer SE soon ! Very frustrating. The light on the dongle is solid red. I have tried removing the drivers and reinstalling, and tried both the drivers from Premier+ and also SafeNet (which are more current). Same issue with both

I use 4D Pfaff Embroidery Suite. I have lost the dongle and want to know if I can use another dongle which came with the basic 4d Embroidery Program when I bought my Pfaff Creative 2 machine.

Hi Jenny. You cannot replace a lost dongle. Unfortunately you will have to purchase a new 6D system to replace it.

Plug in the dongle, it should recognize it and install the necessary drivers. If not, what type and model is the dongle and what device are you trying to connect it to?

I don't have 4D, so this is a guess, but I do use a lot of different embroidery design software programs. That message sounds like possibly the software has not been installed. If you're positive all was completely installed, It might be a good idea to call 4D support for their advice. If you are installing on a new computer be sure the software is compatible with your operating system.
