White and fuzzy screen

When the camera is on the screen will stay fine for a few seconds but hen its all fuzzy and then turns white. I can still take pictures but I can't see what I'm taking a picture of.

Hey mea411,
What you should do is have the camera looked at by an authorized service technician. There is most likely something wrong with the LCD screen itself. I hope this helps!

the t con board is faulty. Check the link bellow to understand the fault causes by the failure of Timing control (t con board) . Use the search tab to find the article about t con board problems

It won't turn on and when I plug it in to charge the back screen just lights up and stays all white, that's all that happens. It won't turn on, take pictures, or anything.

Try and reset the camera - remove the battery, press and hold the power button for a few seconds and then re-insert the battery and turn it on.

While playing a game the screen goes blank (sometime gets a little fuzzy first) for a few seconds then comes back on. The system stays on but the tv says no signal.

you need a new cable from the ps3 to the tv mine did it too and i just got a better hdmi cable, now its fine

Sony DSC S40 screen turnes WHITE in few seconds.

Try pressing hard just under the bottom right hand corner of the screen with your thumb (and second or third finger on the top). Squeeze hard! it works every time for my camera. Good luck.
