Hello, my Bosch machine just started acting up... when i select a desired position for washing, it reads: "READY" then it says" DISPENSING DERTERGENT" I see water coming in for a few seconds, then is says "washing" but nothing happens, the clothes just sit there, not moving. There is a long, long delay. Twice, when it said" Remove Laundry" I opened the door and everything was soaked, not spun-out at all and not clean! HELP PLEASE!

Same problem. It starts to wash and then shows INTERMEDIATE SPIN, it starts to slowly spin then appears to reset to display INTERMEDIATE SPIN and adds one minute to the completed cycle time. It continues to do this until it state REMOVE LAUNDRY. No real spin takes place and the clothes are wringing wet. Cleaned the drain pump and checked the inlet filters and no debris or visible issues.
My washer dispenses detergent and fills with water but does not switch to the actual wash mode.
