Hello! My Nokia 2680 Slide turned off when the battery ran out. Now, after recharging, I'm trying to get it back to work. My problem is that it keeps telling me my PIN were incorrect, and not only that, when I had to enter the PUK, it said I had to enter a new PIN-so the PUK had to be correct, I assume. Whenever I try to confirm the new PIN, I get an error message-and I am not THAT clumsy with the keys. I'm quite lost as for what I should do now, since I got only one try left to enter the PUK, and, more problematicly, confirm a new PIN. Please help me out here, since I believe that this is not a SIM-card problem my provider could help me solve. Kind regards, Oliver Kuenster

I can't get the aim card out! It won't slide or flip up or anything, I even put a knife under it and tried to jam it open. How can I get it out without damaging the phone?

hello. there is often a diagram which shows u how to insert the sim card. it will be a little diagram of a box shape with a **** on one side, as ur sim has a **** on one side too. try looking for it. the sim insertion can be under the battery, or more rrarely- thru the side of the phone. dont get confused with where the memory card fits, it is much smaller in size.
