Remove the front panel of the washer and locate the clear tube going from the tub to the water level switch. If lint or debris has gotten into the water level hose, then the washer may not spin fast. Clean the debris from the hose by blowing on the hose or tapping it on the side. To check the water level switch, go to the back of the washer and locate the back end of the water level hose. Use the voltmeter to check to see if the water level switch is getting any power.
6.If the washing machine still doesn't spin fast enough or doesn't spin at all, then it is time to call in a professional washing machine repairman.
