Would have liked to have a little bit more information from you ;)

  • What operating system do you have installed?
  • What operating system do you want installed?
If you are willing to try a non MS windows operating system, here is a solution; go to this page:

http://www.ubuntu.com/netbook/get-ubuntu/download

Click on the Start Download button. While downloading, have a look at option 2 "Create a USB drive". Click the appropriate radio button (Win, Mac, Ubuntu), then click the "Show me" button for instructions.

Using this option, you do not need a disc drive, just a USB stick. This software is free so you do not need to purchase a new Windows (or pirate a windows copy).

I use this operating system myself on all my computers and I am very happy with it.

Hope this helps ;)

I want to reformat my laptop..there's a lot of viruses..please reply asap!HELP!

Hi.
If you have not changed the pre-installed Operating System that was shipped with the Computer, then you may re-install the Operating System by using the Recovery Partition in the Hard Drive or the Recovery Discs.
All the OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturers) provide the Recovery Partition in the Hard Drive or the Recovery Discs.
By using any of the above options, you may format the Hard Drive and re-install the Operating System.
Hope this helps.
Please feel free to contact for further information and assistance.

My asus eee pc900hd runs on (skip spaces) while

Well the easiest way to narrow the root of the problem would be to eliminate whether or not this is a software related problem.
So basically you will want to do a fresh install of the operating system. If this fixes the issue GREAT! if not your keyboard is more than likely experiencing a short.
Think of your keyboard as a grid of horizontal and vertical wires, when you press a key, that key makes 1 horizontal and one vertical wire connect this tells the computer which key is being pressed that it is also making a connection for the spacebar.

If you need more clarification or help feel free to leave additional comments but I would start with backing up any files you have and formatting the harddrive and reinstalling the operating system
