Forget about soundwave, I don't know if it saves 16 bit Wav or mp3.use Wavelab it is easier just open the files and do save as and chose format 16 bit. You can do the same with soundforge.
Whatever software you use , you use just (File button on top left)command open and save as or export, and when saving you set 16 bit wav. It is not to difficult.
Some of this software has many feature use solo basic file open save as or export

Just type in "dragon touch screen 10.6" to many store sites. There are many at Amazon for under $12. However, any bag that is about 12 inches will work fine. I use a small travel bag for my Nook. Try using "Case Logic" as a search at frys or Amazon.

The key might be on the manual or the box if its not on the cd.
Dragon Naturally Speaking is a software program designed by Nuance Communications that enables a user to speak instead of type to both transcribe information and control his computer. This is beneficial if you don't like typing or physically cannot do it.
The software requires a headset microphone to work and some configuration to get started. To continue using Dragon Naturally Speaking, you must register it or it disables itself.
Activation is done online and requires a product serial number.
The location of the serial number varies depending on the software version, but it should be located on the box, CD case or manual.

Start Dragon Naturally Speaking.
When it completes the loading process, click "Activate Now" when prompted and then click "Activate Automatically."
Enter the serial number in the space provided and click "Generate Activation Key."
Copy the activation key into the activation text box and click "OK" to activate Dragon Naturally Speaking.

I just purchased an siig soundwave pci and am getting "don't support this platform - o" when installing the driver via CD. I have windows 8 Pro. What is causing this problem?

Sounds like the driver software is not compatible with Windows 8. Look on packaging for requirements, or readme files on disc. You could also check on their web site for updated drivers.

Did you restart your computer after the installation because it takes a restart sometimes for the installation to take effect

if you do not have the driver with this you can download it form

download and install the driver for your computer and then insert the usb soundwave.

My son is stuck on the 2nd level of Ben 10 and he cant get through the door that opens when you stand on the access plate. how do we do it

I think I can help. When you get to the electronic barrier,use SPIDERMONKEY to get on top of a pillar. Then turn into BIGCHILL to leap across the pillars.

Hiya, Im trying to put tracksonto my sons ben 10 mp3 player and have no luck at all, could really do with a step by step approach, Ive read another solutio on here and it hasnt helped really.

is it usb connected? does it appear in my computer as a separate removable drive. If so just select the mp3 files from your music folder and copy and paste them to the removable drive. please give more details of what it is you are struggling with?

32 bit into a 16 bit recording???

Try NCH Software's Switch freeware program. You can tell it to convert from one bit format to another even with WAV files (it will call them PCM, but Dragon recognizes them as WAV files). It is also the best batch WAV to MP3 converter I have found. I always download from the company's own site as other sites can attach viruses.

It's going REALLY slow

If everything is working well on the PC and the Dragon software is newly having a problem I would try uninstalling it from Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs and then reinstalling. Very odd that one piece of software would cause the PC to act slower. Does it use a lot of disk space? Maybe try a Disk Cleanup and Defragmenter (All Programs, Accessories, System Tools).
