Unfortunately, only video and/or pictures from your (SD Memory) Card can be transferred (via the USB cable) to your computer. Video/pictures from a disk is not accessible to your computer.
So, you may wish to try to playback the video (on the camcorder) with the output to a DVD recorder (using the AV cables from the camcorder to the DVD recorder or a VCR recorder). This assumes you have a DVD recorder (or VCR recorder) that will take the RGB input from the camcorder. Connect it up just like you're viewing the playback on a TV monitor.
I was able to recover all (if not most) of the contents - video clips from my (unfinalized/bad/corrupted) miniDVD disks ... (that I had recorded using the Samsung camcorder) by using the software tool - IsoBuster Pro . Inserted the mini-DVD into the DVD drive on my PC/laptop, and started the software . The process (to recover) may be very long .. i.e. it may take several to many hours for one miniDVD disk ... but it eventually enable me to retrieve the (lost) video clips.

Hi,
There are three ways of transferring the videos from the Camcorder to the Computer. One is by using the Picture Motion Browser Software, other by using the A/V, USB cable after finalizing the disc in the Camcorder and finally using the DVD-ROM Drive in the Computer after finalizing the disc. If you're trying to transfer using the 2nd and 3rd option, the the disc in the Camcorder should be finalized.
Also make sure that the disc is formatted in DVD-Video mode instead of DVD-VR mode. VR mode recorded discs can only be played back using a VR Compatible Software/Player or in the same Camcorder. DVD-Video mode recording will help you in playing the discs in all the Players and DVD Viewing Software.
I always recommend transferring the videos to the Computer using the supplied PMB Software.
Please check transferring steps and information from the link given below:
