Hallo I got a g 13 advanced game board but in somehow while gaming it stopped working and when i tried to take a look at the problems it has deleted all my buttoms? and the buttoms down called g 20 ans so on i can not make a new the buttom says static? how do i chance or how do i got my old instalation back?

Hi just try to reinstall the drivers from the cd if all ells fails take it back and get a replacment S ITS only a few weeks old i have the same system key board and this is some thing that has not happen to me

I had one of these if it is the same model it is on the right hand edge (not on the underside not on the top) between where the number pad is but below the indicator panel, the button is small and I think red and recessed(so you need to use a biro, or such like to press it) silly place to put it, most keyboard connects are on the bottom now

IGNORE mgs "to connect to a new device insert battery and press its connec/channel buttom" - pressing the CONNECT button (right side of the keyboard) simultaneously with the TRANSMITTER button will do the job.
