Touch screen doesnt work only used three times

it's possible that the computer has gone out, since it's used it would be a good idea to have it checked.

this is very common problem of touch screen phone .after some times the touch screen of samsung or other phones does not work properly .so you have to go to the shop from where you buy it and change the screen free(if your phone is in warrenty..)...

Look in settings, There is a tab to shut of touch screen.easy to miss.

go to setting and try the screen alignment. if this doesnt work it could be water damaged. alot of touch screen phones does this at one point and time.

When you sat the screen doesnt work anymore. What is the exact problem? When your initially start your PC do you notice any programs not appearing that where there before?

Have you also tried wiping the screen gently with screen wipes as fingerprints over time can cause some issues.

I have the same problem sometimes, when it happen I press the touch media key in the middle right side of the phone, and enter to the pictures aplication and exit touching the screen, this appear to recalibrate the touch pad most of the times.

Pop the face off to reset it, could sort it for you.
Press the power button for over 1 minute to calibrate the screen
and use the Garmin Web-updater to update the software.

Should be good then
