There is a device which can supply alternate power to the safe through the bottom of the display. This will open the safe as well.
Try to get that devise from the service center.

Without having to drill it out, it is possible for a locksmith to impression a key for the safe. Another possibility is contact the manufacturer, give them the model and serial number AND show proof of ownership. They MAY be able to send you a replacement key.

A set of emergency keys is supplied with every Safewell safe. In case the batteries drain out, you may use the emergency key to open the safe. These keys override the digital password. Remember, never keep the emergency keys inside the safe.

I hv a safewell safe. i locked the emergency key before setting my personal key inside the safe. how to open the safe now?

You'll most likely need help from a locksmith. Basically, the lock can be picked, to get the safe open. There might also be a factory pre-set code.

I need a replacement key EX2005138875 for my Safewell electronic safe. The batteries have failed and I cannot open the door.

I was locked out of my Honeywell safe after battery died. I ordered a replacement key from firstalert.I was required to photocopy the receipt and type out an witnessed affidavit stating I own the safe. About 3 weeks later I found my spare key,4 days after that the replacement key arrived in the mail ($10.95 money order for that key). The other two spare keys were in the safe, I did not think the batteries would die so soon. Crappy factory batteries that came with the safe.
