Had my whirlpool cabrio washing machine three days and I hate it. My clothes are so wrinkled and the fabric of my clothes look old and roughed up. Can I return this machine.

Aha! the problem i'll guess your model number is wtw8200ywo-you have a very bad washing machine-i'm sorry-it does what you say darks are covered withresidue and clothes are very wrinkled-if you are not happy with these issues take it back and get another brand of washer-I have a maytag-maytag was bought by whirlpool-I've had problems with this machine only a year and a half old so probably not a good choice either-Research before you buy and let me know who you come out-cheers Denny
I also hate hate hate my Cabrio washer and dryer. I've been a loyal whirlpool customer for over 25 years with ALL my household big appliances. ThWhirlpool doesn't care about loyalty. I bought this washer and dryer set in Sept. 2010. The clothes don't get clean....the darks have white streaks on them. I have to re-wash about every other load. I washed a pair of jeans and they still had dirt on them when I pulled them out. I called Whirlpool and their response was "What do you want me to do about it?" They said they can't do anything bc the washer is an energy saver.. I will NEVER buy another Whirlpool appliance.
Just purchased a Cabrio washer/dryer.....biggest mistake I have made in a long time. The clothes come out so wrinkled that you cannot get the wrinkles out wihtout ironing EVERYTHING. These machines are going back ASAP!!!!! I don't care if they are rated #2...they are horrible!
Try not to wash large items with small items the large items like sheet will twist around the small item. causeing twisting and wrinkling. Also If you are overloading the clothes or underloading the clothes they will come out wrinkled. I would try to do some testing wash a load of only towels then wash a load of only t-shirts and other light weight items that you may have. Then do just a load of your jeans. What happens? Please let me know
