you should be able to go in settings and scroll down to update phone or turn phone off take battire out five min and reinstall shout reset and update it self

sir please service your cellphone in the nokia service center.they will check the ic and the motherboad to solve the problem.....................

you make swich off ur phone .in off condition press simentinously green (dial button),*,3and on ur phone (4 keys 3+on/of=4)your display shows formatting (in hands only)

this is a simple one that so many people ask ,there is no risk to do just do as i say

if u want to format memory card first format it,then

to format phone,,,,,,,

first remove memory card,then switch off the phone for 2 min and then switch on by pressing n holding the keys ASTERIK(*),3,CALLKEY(GREEN KEY).THATS ALL PHONE COMES TO ORIGIN.

NOTE:THREE KEYS SHOULD BE PRESS N HOLD WHILE SITCHING ON.
