When i takes video from my N72 mobile and play it. it shows unrecognized format. actually video is saved as mp4 format and it doesn't supporting

Respected sir, actually N72 is not supported .mp4 format videos. You need to convert these videos to .3gp format. N72 supports .3gp format videos. You can download converter from Here
