Screen is black with "Firmware revB13" at the top-

Try first removing PDA battery and sse if reset. If you can bypass the date screen you can also do a master reset from ' settings' menu.
The firmware in your pda is corrupted , it must be reinstalled, provide make and model thanks.

Since I have no idea what kind of printer you have, I'll give the general answer.
Upgrade the firmware.
Go to hp.com
Select "drivers and support"
Enter your mysterious printer model
Enter your operating system
Select FIRMWARE.
Follow all the directions
While the printer is getting the new firmware, DO NOT TOUCH IT.
When it finishes it will reboot. When it comes READY, you should be good to go.

this happens when the firmware is wrong model or corrupted.
there should be an website adres on the sticker where the firmware may be downloaded.

1. Using Print-Key of your keyboard
Open the window from which you want a screenshot and press "Print".
Open e.g. M$ Word and press CTRL + V to paste it in.
 
2. Use the freeware tool ZScreen "http://brandonz.net/projects/zscreen/".

I am having the same problem.  The screen will intermittently come on as blurry.  Like all the text and graphics are doubled, but off by a few pixels.  Doing a sleep and turning it back on usually fixes it.  But I can not operate my PSP for more than like 10 seconds to a minute (varying) until the screen freezes and fades to black from right to left.  This usually occurs by pressing any of the buttons on the front panel.  If I am reading the news in the browser for instance and it is just sitting there, it is fine, then the second I hit a button, fades to black.  After it fades to black, sound and buttons continue to work.  I figured it was a bad LCD, so I purchased a brand new OEM LCD screen and installed it, however, the problem still persists with the new LCD screen, so it is not the screen itself.
