First of all, do not save any new file to camera's memory card.
Take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
Download asoftech data recovery software

Install and open the data recovery software, select the memory card, and click 'Next' button.
I have had success with this... Download camera data recovery program
You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Next" and wait for it to do it's magic.
You have great chance to get them recovered as long as if you take care.
Deleting files(such as videos or photos) from camcorder is just like clearing the recycle bin or Trash on your comptuter. The data itself isn't deleted, just the area containing the deleted data is also now marked as free space so it is available for any new data to be written there instead. The REAL data is still there. As a result a simple delete won't make your videos erased permanently.
Then you need opt for a third party data recovery software.
If you are running Windows, try this software(recover photos, VIDEOS and music)
For Apple Mac OS X, try this Mac data recovery software.
Install the program on your computer (choose the right version based on the operation system you are running), then connect your camcorder (memory card or HDD) to the computer and start to recover your deleted videos. I am sure you can operate the recovery on your own. Good Luck to You.
In these days, the deleted files off from a
computer drive or a phone/camera memory card are not actually wiped out after
the accidental deletion. They are still there and become invisible and
inaccessible. As long as they are not overwritten by anything new on this card
or drive, you do have chances to get all these deleted files back.
So, have you written anything new on your
card or drive?
No matter whether you've overwritten them
or not, you also can try a deleted data recovery freeware to retrieve your
deleted videos back easily:

Next time, you should never be so careless
about your important data and always remember to back it up on different
drives.
I have ever deleted videos from my samsung galaxy, and my friend suggest me use Tenorshare Data Recovery. This tool not only can recover videos from samsung galaxy, but also can recover delete photos from samsung galaxy.
And your phone is Sony, this tool also work on Sony.
Hello, burzilai! Don't worry. I recommend you to use this photo recovery software (also recover audio and video files); it can help you recover your lost video files from your Sony Digital Camcorder (or Memory Card):
For Windows Users -----> Photo Recovery Software
For Mac OS X Users -----> Mac Photo Recovery Software
Kind Suggestion: Before your video files are retrieved, do not save more files to the device (or memory card) in case the original files (your video files) are overwritten.
Best wishes!
You must try some data recovery software. try "Kernel for FAT and NTFS" i have personally used this software and it worked like a charm for me. It perfectly recovers data from deleted, formatted, and damaged partitions without errors. One more good thing about this software is you can try free demo version , using demo version you can preview the data recovered before actually buying the software. If you are satisfied with the data preview you can go for buying the software to recover your data.
