Changing motherboard language

You can go to the manufacturers website and look for a BIOS update flash .. but unfortunately since you nor I know Japanese we cannot get into the BIOS to see if it can just be changed there. Most BIOS have language settings but you gotta know the current one in order to switch to another.

Not booting up

The OS doesn't like all the changes that were made. To keep people from cloning hard drives and putting them in whatever machine they want, microsoft winxp recognizes even subtle changes, upgraded cpu, memory video cards etc.

  1. put the hard drive in the old machine
  2. run link
  3. Software
  4. click on Installed Program
  5. click on licenses
  6. .click on report
  7. quick report licenses html
  8. click on print
  9. select page 1
These are the key codes for your machine,
now put hard drive in new machine, boot with xp pro cd and choose repair option. re-enter key code when prompted and telephone Microsoft in activation wizard.

CPU Problem

Most likely it's the motherboard but to make sure. Ask your maintenance guy to plug in your CPU to a working motherboard... If your CPU fails, change it. Same with the board. Put the working CPU on your board. If the board fails, change the board.
