Hai , you can hide your ip address from the public when your are in browsing by using proxy sites or any software's . Mostly proxy sites like (Hidemyass.com) provides free service. But ip hide software's are charged some amount. But Software's are better performance than proxy sites. If you want Best software visit http://www.newfreedownloads.com/Internet/Miscellaneous/Hide-My-IP.html .You can also check your ip address for monitoring the ip hide software is working or not at Ip-Details.com

It is not possible to hide your IP address. Your external IP address is needed to allow traffic to the internet to get to and from you.
Within your local network, again the IP is necessary for traffic to get to and from you.
There is a lot more to it than that, but thats the basics.

How do i set change password so people cant use my wireless connection

Normally the details for the router is on the back of the device, the IP address, username and password to login to the router.
If not shown google the network provider which will give you the IP address and insert the IP address on the Internet/Chrome browser address bar this will then take you to the website and log on using the provided details then browse through the options for changing the router password.

Hope this helps.

Can 3 computers (1 desktop and 2 laptops) share the same IP address?

No. Each device connected to a network must have a unique address so that data can be properly routed. If you want to share an Internet connection among several computers, you need a router. The router provides a single IP address connection to your service provider on one side. Then each computer connected to the router, wired or wireless, gets its own internal IP address from the router. As data comes over the Internet, the router takes care of getting it to the proper computer.

IP address Problem with Dell Studio 1525

Most probably its the problem with the autonet ip address where the computer picks a bad ip address. If your internet service provider has DHCP enabled you cannot put the manual IP address. If its a new problem try system restore, uninstalling and reinstalling networkdrivers. resetting winsock.(search google)
