I have a Faema commercial espresso machine model #D92 / s-2.
I bought it new but did not get a users manual or parts spec. sheet. I REALLY NEED A MANUAL to fix my machine. Does anyone know where you can get a specs sheet in particular. I find it strange that after spending that much on a machine you cannot get a users manual. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you

Hey, Follow these instructions to reset the program on a Faema X30 coffee maker. Make sure the machine is turned off first. Next, simultaneously push and hold the "Stop" and "Steam" buttons. Press and hold these buttons to start the appliance. Hold the buttons down while waiting for the display to say "Reset." To finalize the reset, let go of the buttons and push the "Stop" button. The computer will restart, and the program's settings will be restored to their original values. Always refer to the user manual for detailed instructions tailored to your particular machine model. Thank You!
This is a link to the page (page 40) in the user manual to perform a reset. Note that this link to the manual has a table of contents hotlink that may help you further. The manual can be downloaded as a PDF file. Near the start of the manual is a page of tips to a service tech. That said, if the machine is damaged, the manual expressly indicates you should contact a qualified service person rather than try repairs yourself.
You're looking for part number 3301135601. I've come across a few Smarts with Due front panels - so measure your keypad: if it's 68x58mm you need a Due version instead.
Assuming you've got a grind which brews out correctly when manually brewed.....
Fill and tamp a portafilter, ready. Press and hold 'stop' pad until machine beeps. Tap the pad you want to program. Lock in the portafilter. Press and hold the pad until you get the volume required. Press 'stop' to exit programming, the machine will stop beeping.
It can be many things. If I understand machine start working (pouring water) itself, otherwise not working. Probably your touch pads is bad, must be replaced. If I now more about problem mighty I can help more.
