Press the Messages
button. ·
The voice will ask you for a password. The
default password is 1234. ·
Follow the voice instructions from there. Accessing voice mail from your own
phone ·
You will know you have voice mail when you see a
flashing envelope next to your extension number and when you see the red light
on your handset. ·
Press the Messages
button and listen for the voice instructions. ·
Enter your password. ·
Follow the voice instructions from there -
Pressing 1 allows you to repeat messages, 2 allows you to save messages, and 3
allows you to delete messages. Accessing
voice mail from another phone on campus ·
Dial your 4 digit office extension number or the
voice mail extension number 1001. ·
Press the * key during your greeting. ·
The voice will ask you to enter your ID number -
Enter you 4 digit extension number again and press #. ·
The voice will then ask you to enter your
password - Enter your voicemail password that you previously set up. Accessing
voice mail from off campus ·
Dial your office number directly, including the
area code OR dial the main number 724-503-1001. ·
Press the * key during your greeting. ·
The voice will ask you to enter your ID number -
Enter your 4 digit extension and press #. ·
The voice will then ask you to enter your
password - Enter the voicemail password that you previously set up.

There isn't any key labeled Messages. The call notes key does not respond to 1234. Your solution does not work.
