For Bosch and Neff washing machines, the F19 error means that the incoming water did not reach the desired temperature in the 'normal amount of time'. This could be due to a fault with the heating system, the sensor, or the communication between the sensor and the main control board.

The issue could also be due to insufficient hot water reaching the washer. Check that the inlet hose isn't kinked and that the hot water shut-off valve is open. Close the valve and remove the hose. Check and clean the filter at the washing machine inlet. Clean or replace the filter at the shut-off valve. Replace the hose only on the shut-off valve and place a bucket underneath it. Open the shut-off valve and check the water flow. Replace the hose if there is limited flow. (Some anti-flood hoses restrict the water pressure when they detect a small leak.) If you do not have good water flow with a new hose, check the flow from the valve itself. Replace the valve or fix other plumbing issues causing the restricted water flow.

If sufficient hot water is reaching the machine, then you have to find the fault in the heating system. If the washing machine is under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If you would like me to search for any available parts diagrams, please add a comment with the model number of the washer.

f19 is an error relating to heating, hence clearing a blockage did nothing, theres a good chance the heating element is dead you will need a multimetre to test it

Bosch 1200 classixx express washing machine. Upon switching on my machine, a little while later all of the lights on the control panel were flashing except the Start button. I tried to push the buttons but there was not the usual sound made upon depression of any of the buttons. They continued to flash. I switched the power off and cleaned out the pipes at the front of the machine to eliminate any obvious problems. Please help

check the pump clean out. sounds like something is jammed in the pump
