Starts every morning by itself - DEI Python 1400XP Remote Start/Keyless Entry System

Is it doing anything else like the dash clock resets itself? Check all of your fuses. My bet is if the clock is resetting itself every time the engine is turned off, the fuse running that circuit is also the permanent power supply to the immobiliser and central locking.

Yes, the cash register uses batteries.

Without the batteries in each time you turn the cash register off you are, in effect, performing a master reset.

when replacing the starter was there an aluminum heat shield?
It would go between starter and the block. It may have been
discarded earlier and would solve the problem.

Sounds like you got water in you fuel. Trying and additive to your fuel should help the motor run better.

I have same problem with my 01 T&C and finally determined it was fuel tank being sucked up into itself by EVAP system malfunctioning.Still trying to diagnose specific cause.....I thought my suspension was pumping up each morning...Glad I found culprit before my tank BURST!!!!

Some computers have an option in the BIOS or System Setup Menu to turn the laptop on at a particular time. It's a good feature for people who turn their laptops off at night because the first thing a computer does when you turn it on is to load all the startup software, then begin downloading and installing any updates it might have missed while it was turn off or start running a virus update or scan. That's why computer seem so slow when you first turn them on for about the first 10 to 20 minutes or so. So if I turn my computer off at night and I know my day gets started at 8:00am every morning, then I can set my computer to turn itself on every morning at 7:00am by itself. That way when I go to use it, it's good and fast.

I would start with checking the battery and starter connections. If they seem tight and clean I'd look at the starter itself as the possible culprit.

You need to reprogramme the tach input, the engine is running colder in a morning and will run higher for a few minutes, during the day the engine will be warm and idle quickly.

Either your fuel pressure regulator or your fuel pump itself is bleeding off.Try cycling the key in the morning on and off 3 times to see if the truck starts easier.
