Remove the RAM and start the PC again. If you get the same three beeps then you're probably looking at bad RAM. If however, the PC makes no noise, or other beep code, then it's not the RAM and in that case it may be the graphics card. In this case, you'll need to do a reflow/resolder of the graphics chip with a hot air gun.

Open CPU, remove RAM and put it back, If you have Grapic card then remove that and put it back, then reset the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery for 1 minite or more and put it back. and connect all cables, etc etc and power on the PC. best of LUck
Try to boot in safe mode, if you still get nothing try a dirrent monitor, just to rule out the monitor then we can work on the computer.
