You can fix the motherboard yourself. There are two options, a no-tools approach to repair a motherboard with bad FSB chip contact, or if you have a good soldering heat gun (or a handy friend with one) then you can ask them to do a simple reflow of the FSB chip.
Just to be on the safe side (not to stress the board with heat), you may want to first try the no-tools approach described in the link above, and only then go for a soldering process. With a simple process there's little that can go wrong, and with a complex process like doing a quality resolder some things can go wrong especially if you (or your friend) have never done such a rework.

I think the Grounding of usb have problem. And the usb controller chip problem. my advice is to repair it from service center. best of luck ..
